high standard furnishing quiet room excellent breakfast missing sunscreen room setup essential toiletry
The room was quiet and comfortable. The furnishings seemed to be of a high standard. The chef adapted to my preference for less salt and embraced our feedback. Takeaway breakfast boxes were also excellent.
I asked for sunscreen because of Delhi's heat, but the staff brought body lotion twice. They said they did not carry sunscreen. A staff member began setting up food in my room, but I had not ordered anything. She apologized and left.

the rooms were super comfortable. the staff were amazing and super professional though. they were very attentive.
i did not find sunscreen at the hotel. i asked, and they didn't have it.

Perfect stay
floral arrangement quality toiletries comfortable bed
The floral arrangement upon arrival provided a cute touch. Staff checked us into the room quickly, also they offered coffee. The room was spacious. There was fresh fruit and quality toiletries (like, for example, aromatic soaps). I especially appreciated the bed. It was comfortable.
The pastry shop was somewhat hidden, requiring a bit of searching.

The room featured ample towels and a daily bowl of fresh fruit. The layout felt expansive. Two sinks were available in the bathroom, also a rainfall shower was available (very useful after a long day).

underwhelming anniversary stay
turndown service staff disappointment
the room had very large windows offering views.
I travelled a long time to reach the hotel for our anniversary. I even mentioned it at check-in. i expected something special from the staff during turndown service. there was nothing. My wife was very disappointed.
